He is differentiated by an uncommon blend of construction management expertise and strong business acumen, which allows him to view projects with a wide lens, connect the narrow dots and solve complex issues to drive down costs increase and improve performance
Through his career, Stefano has executed numerous residential, commercial, government, industrial, hospital and commercial development projects and historic restoration in the NYC area. His successes include: Atlantic terminal ($100M mechanical/architectural upgrade for the MTA LIRR) the Power House (&75M conversion of a turn-of -the century power plant to a 175 -unit luxury condo complex), BMCC Fiterman Hall, Ny State Dormitory Authority (215M, 450,000 sq. ft. of new construction spanning 85 classrooms/computer labs, 20 conference rooms, 12 sound proof music rooms and 13 art studios), and Genomic Research Institute (140M state-of-the-art facility hub for genome sequencing, Bioinformatics, High performance computing labs and research). He also played a key role in the renovation of The Beeman Hotel, A Victorian-era skyscraper with an open atrium, pyramidal skylight and 10 story adjoining annex.
Stefano began his career with major New York construction firms. He is a United States veteran who served in operation Desert Shield/Storm.
